1.1  These CashbackForYou Offer (further collectively referred to as – “the Offer”) terms (further – “Offer Terms”) shall equally apply to all components of the Offer in their entirety.

1.2  The Offer is provided by Joyeu B.V., with registration number 166782 having its registered address at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Curacao (further collectively referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Our”) to you the players (further collectively referred to as “You”, “Your).

1.3  Poker8 reserves the right to withdraw Your participation from any part/-s of the CashbackForYou offer at its own discretion, in which case, You shall be informed accordingly.

1.4  For further information on the applicable offer entry and expiry dates, please refer to the specific sections describing the terms for each individual component of the Offer.

1.5  In order to qualify for participation in the Offer, You must opt-in and make Your first deposit. You can select Your initial opt-in/opt-out in the Cashier deposit screen or the CashbackForYou tab afterwards.

1.6  The Offer is available for all Poker8 registered players who satisfy the Poker8 account registration and Offer entry requirements. 

1.7  The Offer Consists of 2 (two) parts:

1.7.1      A minimum of 25% (twenty five percent) rakeback, claimable on your Poker8 account on a daily basis (ends 06.30.25);

1.7.2      A 400% (four hundred percent) first deposit bonus which provides a 50% (fifty percent) rakeback release and is claimable daily.

1.8  By opting into the Offer and satisfying entry and registration requirements, You confirm your participation in all 2 (two) parts of the Offer. 

1.9  When opting in via the CashbackForYou tab in the Cashier, You will only be credited cashback for rake paid in play that follows opt in, not deposit.

1.10 Should You contravene any of Poker8 Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to these Offer Terms, General Terms and Conditions as well as the General Promotional Terms and Conditions and/or if Poker8 reasonably suspects that You have acted fraudulently and/ or abused Your participation in the Offer, Poker8 reserves the right to disqualify You from any part or all parts of the Offer and suspend/close Your account.

1.11 Should Your account become closed for any reason during Your participation in the Offer, You will automatically be withdrawn from participating in all parts of the Offer.

1.12 Should Your account become restricted due to any responsible gambling concerns, before or during Your participation in the Offer, You will be automatically excluded from any further participation in all parts of the Offer, even if You have already begun Your participation in the Offer.

1.13 Should Poker8 discover that You hold multiple accounts, all winnings will become null and void.

1.14 It is Your responsibility to ensure that it is legal for You to play with Poker8, in whichever jurisdiction You are gambling from, and to take part in the Offer.

1.15 Poker8 reserves the right to change these Offer Terms, including but not limited to terms pertaining to each individual part of the Offer, as well as the promotional material and structure relating to the promotion, at Our sole discretion and any decision with regard to the prizes offered to You is final. Should such changes occur, You will be informed accordingly. 

1.16 Poker8 reserves the right to not issue winnings acquired as a result of Your participation in any given part of the Offer or the entirety of the Offer, where all or part of the winnings results from any obvious error, mistake or technical fault whether caused by a machine or human error. 

1.17 We further reserve the right to issue winnings acquired as a result of Your participation in any given part of the Offer or the entirety of the Offer, if, in our opinion, all or part of the contribution to the Offer results from cheating or collusion with other players.

1.18 Poker8 reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time, in which case you will be informed accordingly.

1.19 For avoidance of doubt, General Terms and Conditions as well as the General Promotional Terms and Conditions apply and are an integral part of the Offer Terms.

1.20 Please note all personal data that is processed as part of this Offer is done so in compliance with our Privacy Notice which is available here. 

2.1  There is no time limit to redeeming the 25% rakeback Offer funds, even after the expiry of the Offer dates. 

2.2  The 25% rakeback is available once the 400% Welcome Offer funds are claimed in the form of 50% rakeback of rake paid. This means that after the rakeback funds from the 400% Welcome Offer are cleared, You will continue to receive a minimum of 25% rake-back, redeemable daily. 

3.1  The 400% Welcome Offer is available and valid to all newly registering players making their first deposit, who have opted into the Offer from 31.01.2023. till 06.30.2025.

3.2  Minimum deposit requirement is USD 10.

3.3  Maximum deposit requirements is USD 1,000.

3.4  You can opt-in/opt-out upon Your first deposit in the Cashier screen. 

3.5  Players who have opted-out of the Offer upon their first deposit, may still opt-in before 07.01.2025. under the CashbackForYou tab.

3.6  When opting in from the CashbackForYou tab, You will only accumulate rakeback for the rake paid in play that follows after Your opt-in.

3.7  Claimable 400% Welcome Offer amount is accumulated daily and available to redeem at 01:00 UTC, in the form of 50% rakeback of rake paid.

3.8  After the 400% Welcome Offer rakeback is redeemed, players will continue to receive a 25% rakeback as stipulated under the 25% rakeback Offer Terms and Conditions, which will be claimable on a daily basis.

3.9 There is no cap on the rakeback you may be entitled to as a result of your participation in the Offer.

3.10 There is no time limit  to redeeming Your rakeback even after the expiry date of the 400% Welcome Offer availability date.
